Project ECHO Peer Group Learning June AM Session - NSW OTP

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners NSW&ACT Faculty are hosting Project ECHO sessions focusing on the prescribing and management of patients participating in NSW Health opioid treatment programs (OTP) including chronic health needs. Project ECHO® (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) is an evidence-based model that places healthcare providers from diverse settings in direct contact with subject matter experts, empowering them to provide best-practice care for their local communities. This is an opportunity for participants to come together online to develop their skills and present their clinical cases on opioid treatment and receive specialist feedback.

Liver Health in General Practice

Chronic liver disease affects 1 in 4 adults and contributes to liver cancer risk. GPs play a crucial role in the prevention of liver cancer by identifying and managing liver diseases, including viral hepatitis, alcohol-related liver disease and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). This webinar aims to increase GP confidence in the management of liver disease and promotion of liver health, including supporting healthy lifestyle modifications.

Culturally Safe Gambling Harm Minimisation
